I know what it is but the answer is not working. It's a five letter word and it's a palindrome. Could there possibly be a typo?

I agree with tamk..you have gave us 3 hints, but it isn't helping. I know that I don't read html, so I don't know whether somethng is supposed to be there or not or whether it is to be in lower case or upper case or the punctuation..please give us something more that can help us pin it down. Thank you

7 - Look at every single part of the puzzle. The smallest detail can be a clue.
it's not a lower/upper case or punctuation problem..... it is a small detail that u guys can see it, but u does not get that it is a clue....

I look very carefully the source,the pic,I even compare it with other levels.
Where is that difference?
The only one I can see is that palindrome word.
Do we have to change the direction in the url ?
ps: I doubt that is a new hint,its the same thing with few more words

Finally solved it 
is much more simple of what we all have been making it...last hint Nuk3 gave is really good
