I don't like asking help for almost every level,but 44 is comfusing !!!
I can't find how all pics are related

Need a hint for 44 please. Saw the pics and know the auto is a c********, which is also something and could relate to the other pic and possibly to the title...Please may we have a hint to connect them. Thank you

main pic and url will give you a hint of what you need...then if you know what the other pics are representing...compare ;)
